Fooled by Fashion crew

I bought 2 pairs of Nike sneakers online in December 2023 and they delivered it. However the size was wrong and I returned it. They never sent me the other shoes. I sent numerous emails but no reply. I called the number advertised on the website but it's on voice mail. I googled address and went to location but it's a house and people there don't know them. What can I do
