Refusal to return goods
Hi I bought shirts for my boy in thohoyandou.the shirt are too big and I do not want to keep them I went to return them but the guy, michael who was assisting mehe was forcing me to exchange whereas all I want is my mone It shows that there is no regard for customers meaning that customers rights are being violated by all staff of fashion express, forcing customers to only exchange no cash refunds I was told that mpho store manager is not around I wanted to call her , but I was told that she left her fone in the store with a bad attitude and showing poor customer service Kindly assist me I want my taxi fare back because I travelled to thohoyandou and I did not get what i wanted Mashudu ********** 569

<p>I settled my account with Fashion Express "FIX Account" in 2015, Now in 2017 suddenly I owe them money the sms's started coming in April I thought okay must be a mistake then it came again, I called the number on the SMS spoke to the lady who confirmed thatthe account has not been active for a long time I explained that when settling the account i fully stated that I am closing the account she understood then the connection broke (the I though she had fixed the problem). Next thing I get an SMS with a higher amount I called teh number on the SMS, was told they cant help me I must call another number ending with 7666 option 4 which hangs whilst I'm being charged for the call. I made 6-8 calls trying to resolve this and been taken to this number to another. I kept asking for refference numbers and I wa stold they don't have reffernce numbers. The last lady then told me I must go to the nearest store I asked her at who's expense after been taken from pillar to post and even worse I'm heavily pregnant and I'm not about to be searching for a store that is failing to resolve an issue they started on a domant account.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm annoyed by the SMS's and threats and when you call the numbers on their threat sms's you still get no help is this a way of TFG/FIX of making money from previous customers?</p>
