Extremely Shocking & Disgusting Customer Service from FashionCrib SA!! I placed an order a pair of Nike trainers on 11 Jan '25. The package was delivered on Wed 14 Dec. To my shock, the pair of shoes i received was NOT what I had ordered. My first POA was to call them - no answer. (I called about 8 times). I then sent a WhatsApp and explained my situation & to my shock I received the following response "Sorry for the inconvenience caused as we ran out of stock on the air max 90 recraft so we thought that we'd have been a good replacement". I was never called to explain the pair I had ordered is out of stock nor was I offered the opportunity to decide if I would be happy with this replacement pair. They then explained that they would arrange for collection from Courier Guy of the package and would initiate the refund after they receive the item. They told me item would be picked up "before friday". No return WayBill sent....and I have been following up everyday on the return of the wrong package and I am being ghosted. The only response I have received is "They haven't collected yet?" I am SO frustrated and annoyed, I want my money back! Avoid this retailer/store at all costs! They dont seem to be a trust worthy retailer! I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from them!
