robbed by an instagram online store

Last month i bought hair from an online shop...i paid R2350...and i was told the delivery takes about 2-3 days to arrive...but till tiday i have not recieved my order,i asked them to process refund n the promised to but now they are ignoring my messages...i am very hurt because i worked very hard for that money...its so sad that ppl can just run away with ppls money ...
