I am beyond furious with Takealot and Fast & Furious right now. My order was supposed to arrive on 12 November, and it is now three days late with absolutely ZERO updates. Takealot already rescheduled my delivery by a full week — fine, I kept quiet. But now Fast & Furious has my package marked as “arrived at the incorrect courier facility” and it has been stuck there ever since.
I have called Takealot three times, and every single time I get the same useless script: “We’re escalating it.” Escalating to who? For what? Because nothing changes. Fast & Furious can’t even tell me where my parcel is, and Takealot keeps passing the blame. No new delivery date. No explanation. No accountability.
How is it possible that neither Takealot nor Fast & Furious knows where my package is? This is an absolute joke. The level of incompetence is unbelievable.
This entire experience has been ridiculous, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I am done. I will never order from Takealot again, and I will make sure everyone I know hears about this disgusting service from both Takealot and Fast & Furious.
