Service is horrible u can’t even speak to a person everything is robotics

I have been working with fast loan and paid them in full last year ,suddenly now in feb they took R2830 on Friday I was busy playing games with my phone when I saw that payment going through it’s been 3 day they haven’t paid it back WATCH OUT they to ****ming people thinking we won’t know who took the money there’s no contract or any thing why should I provide statement when you sitting with my money, if I don’t get my money back I’m going to financial ombudsman ,the money shows on my profile that feb was paid in full but I have never took any loan this year
