The Best in their Field
I am very happy with Fatworks. Their quality is absolutely excellent and I had no issues with delivery. There was a slight issue with online response, but they eventually cleared it up immediately after I sent a whatsapp. I saw some people complaining about delivery and would like to state that most companies will have some hiccups along the way, patience and decency is a given in life, so just work out your issues, they are very understanding and have always dealt with me fairly and with respect. I recommend their products 100 percent and am grateful to have them in our country. Looking forward to any new ideas and products the offering. Their quality is by far the best in South Africa.

I am very happy with Fatworks. Their quality is absolutely excellent and I had no issues with delivery. There was a slight issue with online response, but they eventually cleared it up immediately after I sent a whatsapp. I saw some people complaining about delivery and would like to state that most companies will have some hiccups along the way, patience and decency is a given in life, so just work out your issues, they are very understanding and have always dealt with me fairly and with respect. I recommend their products 100 percent and am grateful to have them in our country. Looking forward to any new ideas and products the offering. Their quality is by far the best in South Africa.

Feels like a **** - avoid
I placed an order over a week ago. Delivery should be 3-5 days. I whatsapped - not even delivered. I emailed - no reply. I messaged on Facebook - nothing. Interestingly they are still posting promotions on their facebook page. I commented on that. Nothing. Either they are having IT problems or they are ****ming. I see others have had similar experience. I will have to try and get the bank to reverse the transaction which was over R1000

200ml beef Tallow Skincare No Scent NOT RECEIVED | Order #4265. What would you like to do about it??? You do not read your emails, nor your WhatsApp messages (probably because they are not being delivered) and you do NOT respond to Facebook Messenger either. YOUR SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY APPALING, at best! DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Caution! Beware of this supplier. Police case pending.
On the 01/09/2025 I placed an Online order with https://fatworks.co.za/?country=ZA. On the 09/09/2025, I queried non-delivery of my order by contact Fatworks on the published WhatsApp number 0781343479; NO RESPONSE. I also sent an email to Brandonfatworks@gmail.com, querying non-receipt of my order; NO REPLY. The order is valued at close to R1,500 and it seems IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with this supplier.

Fatworks order #1729
I have placed a order at this company on the 07/06/24 No paper work or email or message to confirm, I only received a pop up message displaying order received. I found the number on the web, and contacted and they told me it will be delivered by Tuesday latest the following week. We are now on Friday 14/06/24. I sent a message yesterday and no response what so ever. If you are thinking to order from them I would advise you that you are making a big mistake.
