FCP:Shocking workmanship, total disastrous installation of a asphalt/tar parking area

FCP asphalt/Tar road/www.tarroad.co.za installed a tar surface parking area. ~This is the most unprofessional and shockingly poor workmanship/installation. Within 5 days, grass was growing through the tar, dents everywhere, and the tar is still soft under foot, 1 month after installation. the preparation of the surface was not done according to their own specifications on the quote Tom, the installer ensured me, a guarantee/warrantee will be issued, but noting is forthcoming.

Phoning the office or the installer, Tom, is unsuccessful, with no promises to correct the mess is forthcoming.

Please stay as far away from this company. The initial contact and quote is good, but thereafter is a disaster.
