Highly Unsatisfied customer

Do not make the mistake of buying at Fairprice, especially online....i ordered 3 items which one of them was out of stock, intead of communicating with me they decide to keep quiet and string me along instead, if you call their number, it rings off the hook, i tried calling a physical store and i was assisted by a very nice and professional gentleman by the name of Nelson from the Protea Glen branch, he tried his best to assist me but the online team is still giving me a hard time, at this point i feel like they dont want to deliver my goods and they dont want to process my refund....Talk of terrible customer service,😡😡😡😡
