This company sacrd my son's life in terms of colic and teething sins + my eldest sin with concentration medication. They are a reputable company that make organic health tablets and oils through the family age spectrum. You can seek advice first on what to purchase,their delivery time is super fast and have great reviews.#BlackFriday

I ordered Epi-still as a combo special. I didn’t pay immediately and was hounded with many emails saying if I didn’t pay I would lose my discount “Click on the link below to complete your order” So I did THIS LINK WAS FOR THE INCORRECT PRODUCTS They sent me the wrong products and now say it’s my fault. That I must’ve clicked on the wrong link! I do not have the Epi-still which is what I originally ordered. I need it urgently to send overseas for a loved one who is ill. I would not order from this company under any circumstances as they send you the wrong products and then make it your problem Very disappointing to say the least And a complete waste of money I informed the "customer service" department that it was not acceptable to now say that I ordered the wrong product. I never looked at the product they sent me. I do not expect them to take responsibility for their incompetence and quite frankly bad business practice, as its evident this is an ************* company and they are not interested in sorting out their mistake Shame on you! I have since ordered my products from a reputable company. There are many other suppliers who I would recommend instead of these fly-by-night chancers. Just do some googling I fully expect a less than honest reply; probably somewhat belligerent. Lets see...

A few days after receiving my online order, I realised that there were two items missing. Unfortunately the box the delivery came in had been disposed of. I contacted Feelgood Health via their WhatsApp and advised of my problem. There were no questions asked, the items were replaced and delivered a few days later. I am very impressed with their service. If you have a query about a product I pop them an email and shortly after receive an explanation. A pleasure to deal with

My mother contacted Feel-good health for info on the 7th June regarding my old cat (with health problems) who developed a constipation problem as well. Kelly responded by email with the following advice. "You can use Natural Moves, that is for Humans, but is SAFE for Animal use as well." Then she quote how to use it. "Half a capsule in the morning, & the other half in the evening for small dogs & cats". I ordered it and the cat refuses to eat his food with this. We've tried everything possible, but then we decided to taste the powder ourselves. What a SHOCKING Horrible Taste, taste strong & so BITTER we couldn't swallow this and have to Spit it out. Rinsing doesn't help to get rid of the taste, had to eat cheese to get it out of my mouth. My mother sent an email complaining to her, her response was, " She understands my frustration & Cats is sometimes very fussy eaters, and I must try again using sardines (which my cat doesn't like etc) and I must not give up trying" bla bla bla. If Kelly had the knowledge of Natural Moves which she promotes, she would know as soon as you open the capsules the dog or cat is expose to the taste of these herbs. She should never suggested this for use for animals, specially if you have to open the capsule. Warning the client and then it's up to them if they do want to buy it or not, which she didn't do . Not willing to take it back for replacement of the UTI crystals which we order from them for our cat's urinary tract problems. Clearly just Pushing items to Sell without taking care of Important Details for a customer before a customer places an order. Won't make use of their services again, did have problems before with them packing the wrong items for our order. Did promote them a lot before, will warn people about their bad customer advice etc. from now on.

Very impressed with the great service I received from FeelGood health online store. They supply both human and animal health products. It’s nice to see a company that caters for both pets and humans and has a huge range for both.My delivery was super fast and free and I was kept up to date on a daily basis with regards to my delivery status. They have the biggest rage of natural pet supplies from vitamins, supplements, hygiene products and healthy treats. Their prices are also very reasonable and the website is easy to navigate as well as make payment. I highly recommend this company.thank you so much for your amazing service.
