ive been a client for more than 7 years and never once did i have a problem with my goods - also clients who do have an issue fail to read and comprehend simple english therefore feel the whole world is out to get them. never the less if you in fact got your goods its only right to make payment not make her beg for something she did out of trust

This company is based in Durban and I have been a client for 7 years I recently liked a pair of shoes that was being sold and order it at the time I was having a problem with my banking app and asked the owner of I could do a direct deposit she advised me that they didn't allow that and I then asked he to hold on until my app was sorted out so I could do a transfer on Monday the shoes was delivered to my superise as she normally won't let go of stock without payment I received a call from her husband and told her I was at the bank and I'm doing a ATM deposit he also advised me to put extra because of bank charges I have proof of payment but she went on to Instagram calling me names and slendering me i asked her to remove it as payment was done and she had no right to slender me in this manner alot of people contacted me and told she done the very same thing to them she also sells goods without boxes and refused to change if there is a fault with the goods she sell she doesn't adhere to the rules of the consumer protection act and she should be dealt with
