After purchasing the items, I contacted customer service three times for advice and to ask some questions. On one occasion, I spoke with a wonderful representative who explained everything politely and clearly, but the other two times, I was treated .

FERRE STOVE
I wanted to buy a Ferre stove. I was refered to the agent to get more info of which stores can assist me, as they don't sell to the public directly. This is now 2 weeks. Bad service, unprofessional and no communication. Ferre, with such agents, you will get no business at the end. He don't even deserve his salary.

FERRE STOVE

Poor quality stove
A year ago (31January 2025) I bought a black, 4 plate electrical stove from a Ferre reseller. I thought it was a good brand. The oven expands when it gets too hot, as a result the pans fall off from the slide in sides and whatever I'm roasting fall to the bottom of the oven The 4 plates are not working now and I'm told it's wear and tear because I use the stove too much. I had a defy stove for more that 20 years and the plates were replaced maybe 6 times in 20 years.the oven had never expanded from the heat. I'm so disappointed at with the product I'm lost for words. I wouldn't recommend it to someone else.
