I wanted to buy a Ferre stove. I was refered to the agent to get more info of which stores can assist me, as they don't sell to the public directly. This is now 2 weeks. Bad service, unprofessional and no communication. Ferre, with such agents, you will get no business at the end. He don't even deserve his salary.

A year ago (31January 2025) I bought a black, 4 plate electrical stove from a Ferre reseller. I thought it was a good brand. The oven expands when it gets too hot, as a result the pans fall off from the slide in sides and whatever I'm roasting fall to the bottom of the oven The 4 plates are not working now and I'm told it's wear and tear because I use the stove too much. I had a defy stove for more that 20 years and the plates were replaced maybe 6 times in 20 years.the oven had never expanded from the heat. I'm so disappointed at with the product I'm lost for words. I wouldn't recommend it to someone else.

Absolutely fantastic experience , dealing with Venisha at Ferre in Durban. My Gas/electric oven had a problem with the igniters and my warranty had expired 3 months prior. I requested the knowledge , to understand what the issue was, in turn got given free of charge, 5 new igniters and a new ignition coil. This far exceeded my expectations , as i was prepared to purchase all parts necessary to repair the hob. Thank you for suppling a service, that i thought was dead and gone , in this day and age. I wish Ferre all the best for the future and hope you go from strength to strength.

If there was an option for a ZERO star rating I would give that. I have been struggling for 6 weeks now just to get a decent response from AKMO Global, leading company for this useless stoves. I want to order a selector switch, but there is absolutely just NO customer service from any of them. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND EFFORT AND BUY ANOTHER BRAND. AFTER SALE SERVICE IS UP TO ****. THEY JUST TO NO CARE.

i bought a ferre gas stove on 16/11/23 and had issues with the stove from the start. reported in Dec 23 that when the oven light is on not one of the auto igniters work, a technician came out and could not solve the issue Ferre decided to exchange the the unit ( 18/01/2024) when i opened the box i found the unit is scratched as when the unit was packed the did not secure the burners and they were falling around damaging the stove top i emailed them and send them the pictures i then stated that its okay i am not worried about that so much as long as the stove is working. on 21/01/2024 i reported that the oven light works for 10 min and then it goes off . an technician came out over a weekend in Feb and replaced the light switch. 28/04/2024 i notified them that when both burners in the oven is on while using the stove on of the oven burners goes dead and you can not ignite it again have to wait 30mins before it will ignites. the technician made appointments with me and just never shows up or change his arrangement's one Sunday afternoon he tried calling me to come and look at the stove on that date i was not available. i am still waiting for them to come and look at the stove i asked for an refund but was told i need to contact Makro and they are waiting for an report from ferre. i would not advice anybody to buy a stove from them i am battling for 8 months now. and the email i ussed to lodge my complaints to is all of a sudden not working

Bought a new stove, the oven was faulty, they brought me a "new stove" that was not wrapped properly, nothing like the new stove I originally bought. The second time I wanted to use the oven, the rubber was hanging in the oven. They replaced it with another "new stove". Wrapped in egg trays, all stickers was teared off. They said it was new, but labels teared off tells me that it is not new as promissed. This stove is also giving me oven problems. I did consult with Gas2u from where I bought the stove. I was promised that they will replace the stove the moment that they get new stock. At this stage I have tried to get hold of Gas2u as well as Ferre. It seems that they ignore me. They do not even return my calls. I am mad. I bought a NEW STOVE and was not given discount , but have to be hsppe with a second hand stove
