Worst customer service experience ever. I purchased a vehicle in March 2023 assisted by Juan Coetzer, we did the deal online and he failed to disclose paint defects, modified exhaust etc. Upon discovery I took the car back for them to repair, they took the car back for almost a month and when they returned it the defects were still there. Now Alvin Reddy who is the used car manager, instead of offering a solution, arrogantly referred me to the Ombudsman. To date they refuse to do so alleging that I should have inspected the vehicle first before signing. Now the vehicle has developed problems with airbag and injectors, they expect me to use my extended warranty to repair it. Whats worse is that i only discovered after i got a puncture that there was no wheel spanner and that the spare wheel did not fit the car, had to incur towing costs just because of a puncture. buyer beware.

I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied by Ryan. His manners are dismal and talks to customers any how. Also, I am not very happy with his false quotation. He said to me that it would cost me R600 & something. When I get to the desk. He was insisting I asked for something else and Alfred actually quoted me in the amount of R1,798,34 in which I paid. Please see to it that Ryan is trained on how to talk to clients and how to listen attentively. It seems Ryan does not take his duties seriously. I feel he should not be dealing with clientele.

I recently had my Jeep Grand Cherokee at the FIAT CHRYSLER SANDTON to replace a serpentine/drive belt as it was damaged during the oil servicing by FIAT CHRYSLER SANDTON, and they still charged me for the belt. However, after the belt was replaced i drove for 1 week to my surprise my vehicle started overheating, electronics went confused and i saw smoke coming from the bonnet. The vehicle basically shutdown with my two daughters still in the vehicle on a highway for that matter. When i opened the bonnet i saw that the serpentine/drive belt snapped and was severely damaged, I then had to tow the vehicle back to my home and the next day tow it to the dealership at my own cost. The dealership told me that it was due to a water pump (how is this possible? How does a water pump damage the belt and why was it not checked when the oil service and belt was replaced???), the dealership then denied liability and refused to take responsibility for this, now i am sitting with this problem and need to cough up the money to repair this, and it will be expensive since the engine also overheated. Please everyone, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO FIAT CHRYSLER SANDTON!!!!!!!!!

Very good new and used car dealership. Nice central location which is easily accessible. There are a wide range of vehicles in stock. The staff are professional and very helpful. I was offered assistance as soon as I arrived. There is also secure parking on the premises. Worth visiting if interested in purchasing a new or used car.
