Terrible service from FIBRE Line Pools
Engaged JAN FRYLINCK to repair my pool and jacuzzi in May 2024 paid the deposit and its now April 2025 and he has not completed his work! Work was supposed to be completed in July 2024 then promised by end September 2024 then legal said to give him task to complete by end Feb 2025? Keeps promising to come and always disappoints as they don't pitch when they say they going to!

Terrible service from FIBRE Line Pools
Engaged JAN FRYLINCK to repair my pool and jacuzzi in May 2024 paid the deposit and its now April 2025 and he has not completed his work! Work was supposed to be completed in July 2024 then promised by end September 2024 then legal said to give him task to complete by end Feb 2025? Keeps promising to come and always disappoints as they don't pitch when they say they going to!

Reinstallation free of charge
Vumatel is just so inconsiderate. I have been using vumatel line for 5 years. When I subscribed they did a bad installation and made me sign I did not know it was my first time to have fibre line home. I then contacted them to show them how things was getting worse they Manager Stephanie Tape contacted me to tell me they will do a reinstallation free of charge however it's did not happened. Today I have no connectivity the sun ruined the wire inside sending me a quote rude customer service ,rude manager I just want my line to be first tomorrow as I'm working from home they just do give a damn about people when jobs are at stake here. Emailing the managing so unprofessional no response more than 4 emails

I was in the business of looking for an alternative solution to my current line of data that am using which happened to be very slow and inconveniencing. I met a lad called Rita from fibre vox, she was helpful and friendly in taking me through the processes. DO NOT use Fibreline pools.
Warning! Please be advised that Fibreline Pools and Jan's team cannot be trusted. Despite being recommended to me by a friend who had a good experience, I foolishly ignored the bad reviews and ended up regretting it. Although they started off friendly and efficient, things quickly deteriorated once I paid the deposit. They promised to have my pool installed by the end of November, but the team only showed up sporadically and would often leave early to attend to other projects. They kept asking for patience, citing other complex projects as the reason for the delay, but failed to show up even when I cancelled plans and made myself available. To make matters worse, they disappeared after partially filling the pool, leaving me with a dangerous and incomplete installation. My son even sustained a serious injury, which required a trip to the emergency room. I was forced to stay behind while my family went on holiday, waiting for them to attend to the work, but they never showed up. Every time I complained to Jan, he would make a new promise, but nothing ever came of it. When the work finally resumed, I found that they had not followed the specs and quote as promised. Despite repeated reminders, they failed to pack the sides and steps properly, and I had to let them redo the work multiple times. I also had to replace my garden equipment, as they had used it without my permission. The work still remains unfinished to this day, and I have had to hire someone else to fix piping and clean concrete from my pool floor. They made excuses and failed to deliver on their promises time and time again. In short, I strongly advise against using Fibreline Pools. Despite their initial efficiency, the lying and untrustworthiness of Jan and his team make it not worth the risk.

Network issues
I have a issue with the network, everytime I have load shedding and it comes back their network takes over 6 hours to come back, I'm situated in boksburg, can fibre stream sort out their network issue the way the do with their debit orders please, they always the 1st ones to debit month end , let the network be as quicker.

Network issues
