On 03 May 2023 I phoned FILTAFELT PTYLTD, a subsidiary of IFF Group to enquire about the Order I had placed for filter bag, I requested to speak to a senior personnel and instead I was directed to extremely *********** people by the name of maggy modise (who falsely gave me wrong deliver date) and also the *********** Jean. Both of them including the admin woman refused to give me contacts of the CEO or production manager and instead Threatened that they (jean and maggy) will cancel the order, or which I had already paid for.
