Rebate issues

Hi good day im not if anyone experiencing what i am right now but I have visited this company in October 2018 for my rebate as I submitted late for 2016 , from October till now I'm still waiting for my funds to be paid out . I have made plenty of follow ups plus visited the branch and still no positive feedback yet , so many reference numbers , and they keep saying it's in audit , Did anyone go through this experience before and wait so long as I was told 21 days to be sorted out , will appreciate feedback
