Wow, the service from FDA is by far the worst I have ever experienced! Not only do they ********ly place consumers under debt review without consent, but their overall service and staff conduct are absolutely unacceptable. They clearly have no regard for proper service delivery. Even the supervisor, Nothemba Makanda, appears to have no understanding of the NCA Guidelines and how they should be app**** in practice.

This company’s operations come across as deceptive and *********. I strongly urge all consumers who have been ********ly placed under debt review by this Debt Counsellor to take immediate action and report the matter to the NCR (National Credit Regulator) so that proper enforcement steps can be taken.
