Poor customer service

Worse service ever in my life They were calling me everyday for updates untill I finished paying them, after I completed paying them they failed to remove me from DR and now when I call them they no longer answer my calls ,like they’ve saved all my numbers, Once I call them with a landline they will answer and after I give them my id number they just say we will call you back before end of business day, which they never did, whoever I find on the phone if it happens after weeks , will just say Fina is the one who must assist me while they will always say she is busy over the phone, sometimes she is on lunch, sometimes they will say she is not at work she’s got personal issues, which I think they have nothing to do with customers, I will do all my best that the whole world knows how cruel they are after they’ve got your money, now they’ve also saved my landline number because they no longer answer it aswell, I used a friend’s number they’ve answered but after realising it was me they said Fina is busy with a client she will call me back , which they never did When I asked for their address to go to their office physically, they refused to give me, on google it just say a name of a place, no suburb, no street name, no street number,they are no were to be found I want to attach their logo but there’s no were to upload I’ll upload it on other social medias
