Giving out my personal details without my consent

I received an SMS saying I gave consent for a affordability assessment I know nothing about at Financial Freedom Services where did they got my personal details?

a Man called me and said they got a credit report which I never gave consent, i don't even know the company I will take legal matters regarding my safety of my information given without my consent
