I bought some items online and they delayed to deliver them. I opted to cancel the order. I bought the items using PayJustNow. Now they don't want to refund. I've called many times and sent email, still I was not assisted. I communicated with PayJustNow and they said it must be Finishing Touches who should contact them about cancelling the order so that they can refund me.

We ordered blinds through Builders Warehouse, Hillcrest in January 2022, two weeks later our blinds were ready, they were the wrong size. Took them back and now after 5 weeks the blinds are still not ready. Builders Warehouse made a call to them and I spoke to Malusi, he does not apologize and seems to think that all is well. Would definitely NOT recommend them.

My Dad ordered blinds from Finishing Touches via there business store at Builders Warehouse in Northgate. The order was placed on the 19th of May. We were assured the blinds would be ready for collection within 14 working days. Well it took them over a month before we heard from them. On top of that two of the blinds were faulty! The one was not made to the correct measurements my Dad specified and the other blind was broken! We have returned the two faulty blinds and have so far heard nothing. Even the customer representative at Builders Warehouse is at a loss and could not give my Dad an answer. Rotten service for sure! Avoid this company!

I ordered roller blinds from Builders' Warehouse, made by a company called Finishing Touches. When the blinds arrived, it was in a totally unacceptable condition. 1. The top square channels are bent. 2. The colour ordered was mahogany, however the top and bottom channels are of a different colour to the louvres in the blinds. 3. Finishing Touches just stuck a mahogany coloured louvre with tape on top of the different coloured channel to supposedly match the colour of the louvres in the blind. This is also bent. 4. The mechanism used to lower the blinds and pull the blinds up, is hanging halfway out of the top channel in which it is supposed to be housed. I had a good look at other pre-manufactured blinds of Finshing Touches, and in all of these blinds all the colours match and the mechanisms for lifting and lowering the louvres are fitted inside the top channels.

Worst company and worst service delivery. We ordered a shutter door through Builders Warehouse whose staff advised us R2000 per sq meter. Paid 50% deposit Finishing touches' guys came to measure, quote received by email, price R2800 per sq meter which is a big difference. We called so the manager and us came to agreement to meet half way and we paid about R13 000 for the door but then they want full payment before manufacturing it! We paid in full. Builders advised us originally that it will take between 10 and 15 working days but now we were told 21 days. Well after 4 weeks still nothing then we were tod problems wit manufacturing. Tjey then supplied us wit installation date but suddenly came to our house so that we can choose our colour. The door were installed abour 7 weeks after payment. They took the whole day to install but did nit have all the parts and have to come back. Came back after two weeks and told us now they will have to come back again! Still not finished!

I have received extremely bad service from this company. In November 2018 I ordered vertical blinds with specific length slats. When I picked them up from Builders - Alberton and got home I noticed that the slats were 50 mm shorter than ordered. I contacted them immediately to report the matter and they promised to replace them with the correct length as ordered. To date they still have not replaced them. I have been in contact with them and they are always so rude and have every excuse imaginable, they don't even respond to my emails. Absolutely disgusting service!!!

Worst customer experience I have ever had! I bought blinds via builders warehouse and it was the worst mistake I had. It was only when I called them did they realize they had to actually deliver my blinds. Thereafter they showed up at my house with the wrong equipment, fittings and blinds. They expect you to move your schedule to accommodate them. Up to today, more than a month later I still do not have my complete order. I would not even go back to them even if they gave me products for free. Don’t expect responses from them since they simply do not keep up to their commitments. Really pathetic service and zero compensation for it.
