They are a lending company, Not transparent

They are a lending company, Not transparent. You had to pay in money, first insurance,than tax fee,afterwards it was transferre fees. All this after I asked several times if any fees was involved. I asked the cancelation process to start, waiting almost 25 day,with no responses from the company.
