Finwell Unauthorised Debit
About June 2024 I was contacted by Finwell , the agent said she needs R675 to quote and IF i accept they would debit R2500 . Lo and behold both amounts went off . I dealt with Marius , asked for a copy of my bank statement showing the debit , which I sent although no-one asked for a copy before they helped themselves. After months of trying to get my R2500 back (they were apparently waiting for a transcript of the call ) I gave up .It just makes me angry that this can happen with no recourse . I just need to warn people about them
