Bad service. Damage car was sold to me. Refused to cancel the deal I ask the dealer several time to PLEASE cancelled the deal the dealer refused according to him HE WILL RATHER HELP ME INSTEAD OF CANCEL THE DEAL.

I bought a car from FIRMAWAVE in ZAMBESI DRIVE . The car was advertised with 110 000km on the clock then we gets there the car was on 183 000km – I thought maybe the dealer just make an mistake – I really trust him on this stage. bought the car from FIRMAWAVE in ZAMBESI DRIVE . The same day I realised the car a bought was in an accident - the car was also handed over to me and my son without a spare wheel, wheel spanner, car jack and triangles when I ask for it the dealer reply on WhatsApp: If the car was given to you without a spare wheel then the car don’t have a spare wheel – he did say that he will ask the other branch to help – and Stefan from the other branch will contact me in this matter – NO spare wheel up to date. The car overheat and the head was damaged (cracked) because of this, if the wheels is straight (in line) then the steering wheel is shew because of the accident. If you turn the car to the right the wheel tach the body, because of the body damage. I ask his if the steering was 100% because I heard I noise - according to his it was the stones we were driving on (test drive) NO it was the shocks. I ask his why there was a water bottle in the car the prevouis day we test drive the car – according to him the cleaner puts the water bottle there for cleaning-purposes NO it was because the car overheats. I ask for the deal to be cancelled the day after I bought the car from Firmawave in Zambesi Drive BUT the dealership refused - according to them they rather help the customer instead of cancel the deal. The dealership promised to send the car to an independent workshop BUT they send the car to their own workshop Auto Wave. The car is at their workshop for 14 working days - the engine is stripped - nothing more - according to the workshop people they did send the head away - but don't know that to do further - because the dealership didn't tell them yet. I send several WhatsApp and e-mail messages – ask several times for the deal to be cancelled because there was really too much to be fixed and replace on this car BUT the dealership keep on promising to RATHER HELP ME AND TO REPAIR the car. I send a message – 1 November 2017: Stefan dink asb. mooi - ek neem aan jy is ook jonk soos Gerhard want jy noem my tannie - hier is nou meer mense betrokke as ek en julle - hierdie kar het Maandagaand so overheat toe my seun stop dat 'n man met 'n brandblusser op hom afgestorm het en geskree het hy moet uitklim die kar brand so erg was dit. 'n Polisie-man van Lyttleton kantore was ook op die toneel - hy het ons gehelp om die kar by die huis te kry . Regtig ek vra jou weer mooi kom ons kanselleer asb. hierdie kontrak - gee my geld terug - vat die kar terug en niemand word verder benadeel nie. Jy is ‘n handelaar - ek probeer jou beskerm. Grte. The dealership reply – 1 November 2017: All of the sudden he is NOT willing to help anymore. Dagse, Jou dreigemente is lasterlik en krimineel vervolgbaar. Jou houding staan my nie aan nie. Jy praat met my personeel asof hulle gemors is. Lees jou kontrak wat jy vrylik geteken het. Ek was bereid om jou te help maar plaas dit op record dat ek staaan by my kontrak en Geen hulp aan jou sal bied nie. Geen mens praat so met ander mense nie. Wie dink jy is jy. My personeel het heeltyd met jou gepraat tot 'n lowbed gereêl om kar na 'n workshop te vat. Jy kan reê dat jy die kar by daai workshop gaan haal/ Jy kan stappe neem soos jy voel jy wil. enige eise sal teengestaan word. Nes jy as klient het ons ook regte. En niemand dreig my personeel ek sal jou laat opsluit. Die uwe eienaar.

I didn't speak bad to one of his employees at all - I can prove this - I'm not that stupid, I know this can we hold against me it this matter should go further. All I ask is for this deal to be cancelled BUT the dealer refused!!! I did ask how this vehicle is through the test without a spare wheel, wheel spanner, car jack and triangle because this is law AND I did say that the dealer was not honest about the accident, spare wheel etc. The dealer opened the bonnet to replace the battery - according to me he should knew this car was in an accident and the car had no bonnet rod - the bonnet shows it all. According to the dealer the car is not through the test yet – I did ask how it is possible for them to hand over a car if the car is not through the test yet? I did ask questions BUT I never threaten them.

The NATIS was put on ice by them – because of repairs – he promised in an e-mail to hand the car and the NATIS document over to me then the car is repaired – he didn’t say them.

The list I send to FIRMAWAVE – ZAMBVEZI DRIVE off everything faulty on the car: 1. Bonnet Rod – daar is geen “rod” wat die bonnet oop hou nie, as gevolg hiervan val die bonnet toe as mens hom nie die hele tyd oop hou nie. 2. Bonnet – hierdie bonnet is so skeef – Regtig – bonnet pas nie eers in die spasie wat hy moet nie - die bonnet se bracket is AF aan die bestuurder se kant – volgens ons gesprek het jy gesê die bonnet kan dalk “adjust” word verseker nie – hierdie bonnet MOET vervang word!!! 3. Engine oil leak – Engine olie lek – olie drup aanhoudend, plaveisel by ons woning waar kar staan is alreeds vol olie. 4. Rear main oil seal must be replace - Olie lek tussen die ratkas en die engine. 5. Bonnet sprayer – om water op die voorruit te spuit – my seun het alreeds self probeer om dit reg te stel jy sal sien daar is ‘n pypie aangebring MAAR hierdie poging is nie reg nie – julle moet asb. dit regmaak. 6. Car Overheat - DIE KAR KOO**** 7. Wheel allayment - Wielebalansering – Die wiele en die stuurwiel is glad nie in lyn nie – ons vermoed dit is wielebalansering MAAR daar kan ‘n ander groot fout ook wees. 8. Shocks on front suspension (noisy) - Voorste Skokbrekers skokbrekers skree en raas so ek weet nie hoe julle dit nie opgetel en gehoor het nie – Regtig. 9. Rubbers inside the doors - Rubbers in binne-kant van die deure. 10. SPARE WHEEL - SPAARWIEL - Geen spaarwiel, wielspanner, Jack - Driehoekies!!! 11. Body damage (Wheel) - Die wiel van die kar raak aan die body as mens draai –- maak net asb. seker ek kan nie onthou of dit is as mens links of regs draai nie – hierdie is verseker nagevolge van die ongeluk.

So YES it is 14 working days and the engine was stripped at their workshop (not an independent as they promised) - nobody can tell me more.
