First Exchange - great service
My wife and I have been with First Exchange for over 12 years now and cannot complain about their service as it has been wonderful. For the past while now we have built up a relationship with Simone van Schaeffer and receive outstanding assistance and service from her as well as advice about our bookings, so much so that we now deal directly with her for all our bookings where possible. So, thank you First Exchange for all you enable us to enjoy and for team members like Simone who are customer focused and not just earning a salary. Kind regards, Brian Bailie

First Exchange - great service

First exchange assistance
I have been a member of First Group for more than 10years without default of yearly levy payments. Suddenly they ignore my requests for upgrade of my unit at La Montagne Communication is now non existant !! Me SJ Lamont should acknowledge

An excellent vacation exchange company. About the lowest exchange fees for Timeshare owners who have banked their week and use First Exchange to book a holiday at another resort. A special ✨️ 💖 💗 ♥️ message to Tammy Endries at Head Office: Continue your excellent work with the same enthusiasm and u will receive greater rewards. You are a such a valuable asset to First Resorts. Another standout is Tamzyn Loganathan who makes my exchange requests a breeze. She takes the stress out of the administration and always has a plan to help. Keep it up, Tamzyn. Calling her is a pleasure as you know she'll come up with an answer.

Good Sales Consultant
We had a very good experience with First Exchange because the consultant was so pleasant, well informed, polite and friendly. Her name is Tamsin. We wished her the best and a big Thumbs Up!!!

First Exchange poor service
Made a reservation last week and paid my booking fee and also paid my platinum fee to get better service. The booking fee and platinum fee have been cleared already Friday and still my booking remain provisional. How long does it take.
