Fraud - Don't pay money to him/them

<p>Gentlemen by the name Herman Bill - not his real name (plus few other names) advertise properties in the Cape Town from above company also known as F.T.  Managing Agents / F.T. Letting Agents, he only work on emails ********** he give you bank details (Standard bank) to pay the deposit before you can view. After payment he request you then to pay the rental and make appointment for viewing and he do not pitch for the viewing.  His office 57 Main Street, Muizenberg is not his office address but Seeff Properties, Muizenberg.  Please do not do business or make any payments as he only steal money from people and they sit with nothing, this is serious fraud.</p>
