Best fish and chips in J/bay
We had bought fish and chips in Jeffreys bay at Fishtails. We had the best service and the fish and chips was devine. I would recommend it to any one . You will not be disappointed.

Bad attitude
I generally do not complain, but I feel this requires attention. The other night my friend and I wanted to purchase some food from Fish Tales, Sunridge, Port Elizabeth. The door was open, thus I walked in. The lady cleaning the floor just looked and said 'we're closed'. I apologised and wanted to close the door, to which she replied 'no, leave open'. My friend sent the complaints department an email explaining the situation and that we were there before 20h00, as they close at 20h00. The person responsible replied to him, stating that according to CCTV footage, we were there after 20h00. He then stated that he found our complaint dissapointing towards their establishment. I can understand that we were there after 20h00, as they have proof. However, the attitude of both the staff and the person replying I will not stand for. I gave a rating of one as there is no zero rating.

Absolutely disappointed
We are done with supporting this business. Not even Pick n Pay serves chips like this fish tales. Absolutely degrading

Bones in kids fish nuggets
Bought fish nuggets and chips for a 5 year old child and in the 3 fish nuggets there were more than 17 bones. <br> They saw we were buying for a child and should have warned us. Unacceptable.
