Fit time aka fittime.co,za aka Brand Hubb (Pty) Ltd is a total scam! I have ordered a Fitbit charge 5 on November 17th. The item was supposedly in stock. After about a week I canceled the order for nondelivery. I was promised a refund, but almost two weeks later and still waiting. They have not replied to a single email and when I call their number I was promised a callback. Needless to say, the callback never came, nor has the refund of R 3500.

I had an excellent buying experience with these guys. My watch arrived within two days. Price was great for black Friday. Could not be happier!

It took 3 weeks to get an order I expected to receive in 5 days. The worst part has to be the lack of communication. There was no tracking information or any progress record sent to me after payment. Then, I only received an email after I had enquired what the hold up was, this was a week after order was placed. I was told it would take 2 days to deliver my order. A week later, I called and got some complicated story about them not paying the supplier on time but also the supplier mixing up orders. Another week later, I sent another email, which was flat out ignored. Then I received an email dated 3 weeks ago saying my order processing was complete. I'm guessing this was to aid the lie they would try tell that they had somewhat tried to communicate with me. This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had. Would not recommend to anyone.

What a pleasure to do business with this company. From the moment I placed the order I was kept in the loop. Service was excellent. I strongly recommend this company for a satisfying shopping experience.
