GYM still debiting my account even though the gym is no longer operating.

Fit-fam gym closed their GYM two months back but still they are debiting my account, I called them to stop it but they haven't , My Bank cant stop because the GYM has protected it that no one except the GYM can stop it. I called the Mr. Francis he keep on telling that they will refund me.
