Amazing Customer Service
I'm a regular client of Fitforce, and I have always recieved the best service from the CEO to the assistants and packers. I am reviewing here as I see a really nasty review which is the furthest from the truth about the brand. I have been a happy customer from their launch, and the fitforce team goes above and beyond to ensure my questions are always answered and my products are always recieved really fast! The FitForce team is wonderful, and the products work wonders! Thank you to Fitforce for creating this wonderful brand for south african women.

Amazing Customer Service
I'm a regular client of Fitforce, and I have always recieved the best service from the CEO to the assistants and packers. I am reviewing here as I see a really nasty review which is the furthest from the truth about the brand. Best service, Best products.
Amazing brand with amazing service. The FitForce team is efficient, friendly and always so helpful! Fast service, with the best health and supplement products I've ever used. Well done to a female owned, South African brand for doing incredible things.

Extremely bad service and attitude
Extremely bad service and bad attitude from Fitforce South Africa. I was looking forward to purchasing 2 products from Fitforce and i was given a number to whatsapp them. I was rudely directed to the web page for more info. Why give a customer your whatsapp number if you dont provide 1 on 1 enquires to help customers learn more about the product before purchasing. Many rude messages was sent to me and then deleted. I was blocked of whatsapp and my personal insta. I then used my business insta to comment on fitforce and i was blocked of there as well. The person managing the whatsapp chat for Fitforce needs to learn more about customer services. You need to be more passionate about the brand you represent. I am extremely disappointed in this brand that should be for women.
