White collar flat hijacking in Sunnyside
These people colluded with BidEasy (aka Barwedi) to hijack our inherited flat in Sunnyside, Pretoria. Their little "caretaker" Naomi is very helpful to her Afrikaans bosses.

Fitzanne estate
I bought a property and Fitzanne is the administrator, caretaker passed on, chairperson moved out we have two years without AGM. Upto this day as the owner nothing has communicated to us even the passing of the caretaker. When I lodged complains are not attended and I missed my levy on the first month second month I received a final letter of demand via email. I made arrangements with them they refused and wanted me to pay Extra amount that I don't have, Fitzanne told me that is the instruction from the body cooperate, now they are charging me interest but they failed to respond when I requested them to send agenda and minutes of the meeting where the newly body cooperate was elected. FITZANNE IS A **** HELLO PETER PLEASE INTERVINE ON THIS MATTER.

Fitzanne Estates (Pty) Ltd not registered as Managing Agent
After a very diligent background check I have confirmation that Fitzanne Estates are not registered in the activity of "Managing Agent" with PPRA. Our HOA "Directors" have non the less appointed Fitzanne as Managing Agent contrary to all the information Provided by myself and the PPRA. Fitzanne then went on to convene an EGM and presided over this event. They sent out a Teams Meeting request then removed me from the meeting and did not allow me access to the meeting. As a homeowner and member of the HOA it is my right to attend/object and participate. Fitzanne and the HOA is refusing access to minutes and statutory records that all members have a right to view. I have not mentioned the HOA name in this review but if there are any affected parties that are *******ly being managed by Fitzanne Estates please feel free to contact me directly for any help or information.

I LEFT IN TEARS! STAY AWAY!
I have never been treated so poorly by a company as I was by Fitzanne Estates. I was simply applying for a place to stay, yet the way I was spoken to was demeaning and unprofessional. The lack of respect and courtesy left me deeply hurt, to the point of tears. I’m a young professional making an honest living and looking for a home. I was called a ****, a ***** and treated talked to like I am a nobody. No one deserves to be humiliated like this, especially when looking for a home, a process that should be handled with care and professionalism. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with them based on my experience.

Avoid Fitzanne Estate at All Costs!
If you value honesty, professionalism, and ethical business practices, do not engage with Fitzanne Estate. Their approach is riddled with dishonesty, incompetence, and a blatant disregard for ethical conduct. From misleading communication to poor management, they consistently fail to deliver on their promises. Dealing with them is frustrating, costly, and ultimately not worth the headache. Stay away and look elsewhere for a company that actually values its clients.

Additional costs
TERRIBLE SERVICE! They add admin fees to your statement, but none of it stands on the invoices. Add additional costs if your Debit order doesn’t go through but the payment is done before the Debit Order date via Email. Then adds additional rent on the “outstanding fees” which is added without reason. You try and argue with them about it, it’s just ignored and comes with other stories. If you read their other reviews it’s clear that they are money hungry people who just sits in their offices and seek money but can’t do their work properly. Especially if you look at the conditions of the estates they run! They used my property twice for annual meetings with owners of the estate - no thank you received from them either. Quick to take, but no delivery!

bull**** service!!
Very ******** of clients needs, does not priorities the client at all, all the care about is money money coming in. Issues take time to me resolved, i means issues that were caused by their own employees mistakes, they dont attend to them. im so gatvol with this company, its bull****
