Just want to share my experience where I bought my five star invertor. The guy that I dealt with was suppose to sent me the invoice by mail but I did not received one. The problem is this morning with load shedding it did not changed over and the lcd panel not working. This gives a bad name for five star yhat have no back up service or another phone no.to help customers. Seems they had no customers servive no one can battle 5 days to get hold of them. [05/12, 19:12] Invertor: I was trying to help you because I'm concerned about your issue but seems like you are now taking as if I'm the one who sold you that material with all due respect please fix this issue with Five-star not with me I run my own company I was really trying to be nice bt I don't take such words lightly especially when it comes to my company. Not happy at all
This product in my 30+ years in the electrical field are inferior and only last for 2 months. i will not recommend it to any person to buy it. it cost me R1250 two month after my purchase again.
