Disappointed customer

I went to 5 ways pharmacy in Empangeni to get my high blood pressure medication I had a script from my doctor there was 3 tablets I got from them when I got home one of the medicines had expired it was Unat 5 I had already taken 1 tablet but then after drinking I looked at the box even the box didn’t look good it was torn on the side. The pharmacist should have picked that up but she gave me the medicines that clearly indicate expiry date as 11/2025 I went back to ask for my script so I can take the medication somewhere else they couldn’t find my script when I called no one really wanted to assist me until my husband shouted at them then I got the email with my script no one asked about the refund because I had already paid for the expired tablets and no one made an effort to get me the right medication my question is how do you keep expired medicine even the shop doesn’t keep expired food medication I’m so disappointed medication it’s very critical and only to find a pharmacy that keeps expired medication. I was not happy with their service at all
