Yesterday Five9 tried to deduct $40 from my bank account but I had insufficient funds. I contacted them and spoke to Maria who assured NY my account / membership had been cancelled and it would not happen again. Less than 24 hours later they deducted $14 from my bank account leaving me, a pensioner with newly amputated foot, with less than $7 left in my bank. I spoke to Alain who again told me my account /membership had been cancelled and it would not happen again but my refund would take about 7 days.
I am fed up with these overseas companies trying to take my pension money and thus far nobody has been able to state where and when I signed up for whatever it is the sell and what exactly I "purchased". I'.m 60 years old and have never, nor do I intend to play games on my phone. Therefore I don't know how they got my details. Now I am forced to hobble to the bank on crutches, stand in a queue and apply for a replacement bank card.
