Horrible experience having a ring made at Fix and design by Mojet

The jeweler, Yolanda, assured my husband that she can make my wedding band in the design he came up with. After wearing it for 3 days, one of the small diamonds fell out. The wedding band was taken off during washing of hands etc so I was careful with it. We took it back and they made us pay for the diamond to put back in even though it was their bad design that caused the stone to come out. After a month another diamond fell out and we took it back and they replaced it. Then after a month another diamond fell out and this time we took the wedding band to a different jeweler to check it out and we found out the claws were not made properly and the ring was uneven in places it shouldn't be and that to stop diamonds falling out the ring needs to be melted down and remade. We went back to Fix and spoke to them. The owner refuses to see us after we tried to contact him on numerous occasions as he is never in the store. The jeweler also hides at the back and makes the front staff deal with it. They wanted to make us pay R3000 to remake the ring which is ridiculous because it is their bad design and their fault. Unimpressed. Would not recommend!!! Don't use Fix and design if you want quality rings. Absolutely appealed at the owner and jewelers behaviour and cheating clients out of their money. So we sit now having spent all that money originally having the wedding band made and it is damaged so it cannot be worn.
