As a busy working mom, I have absolutely LOVED the convenience of the delivery, the ease in which the meals can be prepared and cooked and I just adore the frozen options for busier days. I love knowing that even if we are having a frozen meal, it's not mass produced and full of preservatives, it's still wholesome, natural food which we all enjoy. Thank you Flava for having both fresh and frozen meals available, they suit me perfectly and make my life so much easier. As a family, we have really loved the Flava meals we have chosen for the past few months.
