lack of competence and handeling of pvt documents

I have resighned from Fleet Dynamics about 5 months ago. I filled in documents for my provedent fund and send it to Fleet Dynamics P.E. They \losts"the documents and i had to fill them in a 2nd time. They send a corier company to colect it from me. That was a month ago. They still havent send it to mibco. Ive been calling and calling but dont get any result. Every time a diferent story and nothing gets done. Its like the just dont care about any one or any thing exept them selves. I am tired of there games and carelesness. I need to take this to the next level. Can any one help me to dort this out please? """
