In short, never acquire a car through FlexiDrive. In Sep 2025 i saw a nice Toyota Corolla from JanSevMotors rent to buy - clean as per pics and going for R7600pm with unlimited km and 36month to pay - Good deal. Fast forward in Oct i went to get the car, when i got there the km on the car were 100000 more than the km advertised to mention a few, contract was showing different amt with different km and terms, when i asked on record the lady said its wrong they will fix as its late - they delayed me until its few minutes before closing. I didnt even know its financed through flexi drive until 2 weeks later when i waited for the correct contract..i was taken from pillar to post until a copy of what i signed was sent 'have whatsapp conversations proof' when i enquried i was told they will fix it until i threathened to open a ***** case and selling me a car using false information i.e. Km on the car were manipulated between sale and when i got the car with more than 10000, premium up from R7600 to R9300, annual km limitations from unlimted to 25000pm or 2000kmpm, term changes from 36month to 60 month, our agreement said car is mine after 36 month their changes said i will return the car after 60 month, to my suprise the deposti was paid by the dealer even though i have not seen POP. I eventually called flexidrive sent them all evidence and they cancelled the deal and promised to deal with JanSevMotors as they sold me a car using wrong information, few weeks later the car was collected by JanSev and case closed. To my suprise they tried deducting R9300 from my account and failed today they sent me sms from Velile Tinto saying i owe R45000. Be careful of this people, once they have your information they will do everything to get your money even when there is no deal, i am taking this up with my lawyers, opening a ***** case with damages and i will definately create an anti-campaign against them. They waited for few month thinking i would have lost the evidence by then and boom i got it all. They asked me not to open a case or report to ombuds and they will deal with the lady directly so they work with dealers as underdogs to lure customers into getting cars. To all those who want rent to buy please even if you are stranded DO NOT GO TO FLEXIDRIVE DO NOT!

What an incredible experience this has been. My finances were approved before I blinked, the package suits my lifestyle. It was an easy and efficient process. Dylan Meyer is incredible he is passionate and dedicated and goes out of his way to ensure everything runs smoothly. I highly recommend Dylan and the team for a happy motoring experience.

you guys really helped me when i needed a car but why is your after sales service so bad, there's problems with your accounts department, I get told to make manual payment but few days later you try debit my account, who will pay for these failed debit order? I have another issue I call your phones, nobody answers, i send a whatsapp, nobody answers, i send an email and nobody answers.
