Poor aftersales service
Selling a faulty FLXP12/2415 DC/DC Charger, Isolator As advertised at Huntex, the unit comes pre programmed as per the towing vehicle and working with an app for monitoring purpose . Received the unit without any user manual, requested the manual and to date has not received it. Installed the unit in our caravan and plugged the caravan into my vehicle. Must say at that stage I still didn't receive the link to the phone app to be used. One big bang and the caravan movers and fridges DC blows up. Input from vehicle 14.2 V output from the DC/DC unit 28.8V Many whatsapp conversations with the sales agent to verify the unit settings and then per telephone conversation with Flexopower sales agent, he told me that his manager indicated that Flexopower are willing to refund the DC/DC charger unit but not repair the damage to the equipment caused by the faulty overcharging unit. Very very bad service from an apparently big supplier.

Great products and back-up
The true measure of a company is how it deals with complaints. Flexopower’s products are excellent and I was surprised when a defect materialized. They tested the unit and replaced it without quibbling. 10/10 for service, very worthy of support. And the replacement unit was greatly improved, so they clearly believe in R&D.

The true measure of a company is how it deals with complaints. Flexopower’s products are excellent and I was surprised when a defect materialized. They tested the unit and replaced it without quibbling. 10/10 for service, very worthy of support. And the replacement unit was greatly improved, so they clearly believe in R&D.

Brilliant customer service
Their after sales services are brilliant. So much so that I will support for ever and won’t change brands. This is a first for me to say something like this, but they stand by customer service like no other. Well done. Regards Mark.

Beware: Company appears to have gone our of business.
Company appears to have gone out of business. Not contactable for 6 weeks, with no response to several emails and a phone line which either doesn't work or is simply unanswered during their advertised business hours.

Poor Service
Even though this company might sell decent products, their after sales service is shocking at best. I initially purchased my Lithium444 back in June 2020 and I was happy with the product. The device recently stopped working and all attempts I made to contact them to find out about a possible repair came to naught. 3 emails, multiple phone calls. Nothing. Eventually I tried the chat feature on the website and someone took my details. About a week after that someone called me and gave me some poor instructions on how, where and to whom to send it back. At this point I lost all faith in this business. I would urge the public to not purchase from this company purely based on non-existent after sales service and a general and complete disregard to emails and phone calls. Even when they had my details it took a week to contact me. Thank goodness I never sent it back as I’m confident beyond a doubt the same service would have endured.
