I have ordered one Canon printer- Pixma G2000 (Prepaid Order ID - OD116220742092253000) to Flipkart on 9 August 2019, which was supposed be delivered through Delhivery courier on 16 August. It was a 'fully paid order' and not 'cash on delivery'. But they had neither delivered it on that date, nor on the extended dates (19th & 21st). They raised a false aligation that they couldn't able at contact me over phone on all these three days. The aligation is not true since I was beside my mobile phone on all these three days and hadn't found any misscall alert. Now Flipkart has cancelled the order one sided. Today, Flipkart's Customer Support Representative informed us that the printer got damaged by the delivery boy of the courier (I recorded the conversation and kept the screenshot of all the communications) and requested me once again to sent a fresh order for which I need to pay more than Rs 1000 extra. It is absolutely a fraud from the side of the Flipkart which I wish to cerculate for proper redressal.
