Terrible ongoing experience and waste of Money!!

Absolutely pathetic service from Float Concrete. We purchased a dining room table in June 2023 which (if you have bought from float) is a large sum of money. We were notified that all products come with a 1-year warranty

In December 2023 we logged a complaint with float, because the concrete on the table was no longer flat and the table had started to droop on each end. We were advised by Float that they will replace the table accordingly.

Upon multiple follow up calls and emails, there was no response at all. In December 2024 I managed to get ahold of Float and they had advised that they cannot replace my table as they no longer do furniture (I can see why). I would not recommend Float concrete at all.
