Disappointing Experience with Flooring Depot
I recently made an online purchase from Flooring Depot, and my overall experience has been quite disappointing. The website showed all the items I needed, but upon placing the order, I was informed that not all the items were available. This lack of inventory accuracy led to an inconvenience and frustration on my end. Furthermore, the customer service promised a prompt refund for the unavailable items, but unfortunately, that commitment has not been fulfilled. Despite multiple follow-ups, I am still waiting for the refund that was assured to me within a specific timeframe. The lack of transparency and failure to meet promises has left me dissatisfied with my shopping experience at Flooring Depot. I would caution others to be wary when considering purchases from this store, as my encounter has been marked by unfulfilled assurances and delays.

Should not be in business
A year ago I selected a specific grey vinyl tile that looked like cement. I made it very clear I did not want a vinyl in a strip that looked like wood. I had real wooden floors less than a metre away and I did not want **** looking wood. Installers arrived and when I saw what they had I called the representative. He was not available. I called the store and they said they would sort it out. The installers (Flooring Depot contracted another company to install, which was not communicated to me) were told to carry on. I kept on calling - leaving messages for the rep and the manager. The installers demanded money for the installation in cash before they left, which of course was not communicated to me either. I have continued writing and calling - it's a year later and no-one has the courtesy to contact me to remedy the situation. They have the approach - sweep it under the carpet - and it will go away! Bad service & I DO NOT recommend this company

Non-existent service and disinterested staff
Woodlands branch. Bought the materials and then received non-existent service when it came to installation. Kept phoning and sending messages and following up but just got ignored and no feedback ever given. Eventually cut my losses and looked for another supplier to do the installation. Quite pathetic to say the least and not recommended 😡

Flooring Depot - Honeydew
I bought laminated flooring from these guys which they also installed. I'm so happy with what they did.

WORST DRIVER EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM FLOORING DEPOT AND THEIR RUDE STAFF !!!!!!!!!!!
I WAS DRIVING ON THE N1 AND ONE OF YOUR COMPANY CARS DROVE ME OFF THE ROAD !!!!!! WORST WOMAN DRIVER !!!! WILL DEFINITELY NEVER BUY FROM YOU , I WILL TELL FRIENDS AND FAMILY AS WELL NOT TO COME NEAR YOUR DRIVERS OR YOUR COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT VERY GOOD ADVERTISING !!!!!!!!!!

Poor quality
August 2014 laminated flooring installed, after installation concerns were raised but we were assured all was in order. March 2015 Flooring depot was contacted again, since the floor was noisy (creaking) and the laminated coating appeared to be lifting in certain areas. We were informed by the owner that the floors were very sensitive to moisture and it was quite normal.<br> <br> As a consumer we were told at the time of purchasing that the floors that they were durable and hard wearing nothing was mentioned that the floors would react so adversely at sliding doors or bathroom doors. <br> <br> We are stuck with a floor that needs to be replaced after less than a year! Would never recommend laminated flooring from Flooring Depot.<br> <br> <br> <br>
