Damage to property and worst workmanship. Over promise and no delivery

Worst service delivery and workmanship in Western Cape.

Our floors were supposed to be done in 10-14 working days as per their timeline. We had to move out of our house for the two weeks. When we came back in August we discovered that the floor was installed faulty and not ready! Flooring guru blamed everything except for their poor workmanship. We came back to discover that all three our bathrooms were used by the staff and it was left in a complete mess- toilet seats broken and basins full of cement. We were unable to use our own bathroom! Absolutely Appalling! They had the audacity to leave their faeces in all of our toilets without flushing it away. They also left their filthy shoe marks on our bedding mattresses that were stored in the bathroom. Things like expensive wine, knives and food were stolen out of our garage.

When we phoned the “site manager”- we discovered that he was on holiday in Durban and another useless bloke took over our project. Once again no communication.

A two week job soon developed into a two month job.

I will never recommend this company to anybody looking to install cement flooring. This company has cost us so much in additional expenses, damage to our property and theft.

Nobody is ever willing to come out to the site to inspect the work.

After 4 Months the stairs started to chip and we are still waiting for them to come fix it.

Service delivery is non existent with this company.
