Shocking Workmanship and Service Delivery

Had a shocking experience and when using Flooring Guru recently. Their workmanship and lack of professionalism is terrible and would definitely not recommend this company. Buyer “Beware” when paying a deposit to this company, as they lock you into their agreement and then expect you to accept their substandard product and service delivery on their terms and have no regard for the customer issues and concerns. Please do not get caught by this company.
