Terrible service
I asked them for a quotation yesterday morning, its the next morning and still havent received anything and specified it would be urgent. When i asked them about it they ignored my whatsapp and didnt even reply

I am sorry you feel you experienced bad service. As we are in peak season, we have an exceptional amount of emails to deal with, over and above loadshedding challenges. Your email came through to us at 15h00 on the 8th November, we had loadshedding at 16h00. All emails received during the afternoon of loadshedding, is normally dealt with before 12h00 the next day. As we had loadshedding again this morning from 08h00 till 10h30, we are now dealing with these quotes.
We consider all enquiries as important, and deal with them in the order it is received.
Our consultants will send you a quote as soon as your email is next in line.
