Highly Recommended. Exceptional quality and service!

Their shoes are high quality leather and made to last, service and customer care is admirable. I can list three separate examples why I recommend this company.

1. Pair of Florsheim shoes, after almost a year of use had torn. I contacted customer service, just to ask for a repair. They collected and sent a new pair apologising and saying the brand prides themselves on quality - this exceeded my expectations.

2. They have a range of comfortech soles that I like wearing, customer service physically went on their own accord to their warehouse and found a pair in my size that was not listed online and arranged it to be exchanged with a pair that I received that did not have the comfortech.

3. Figured I would try their apparel when they launched it, customer service phoned me after online order had been placed to inform me that the shirt I ordered is a slim fit and recommended sending my order and a size up to try. Keep better fitting shirt and return the other shirt.

Very few companies provide this level of tailored service and assist the customer after the purchase has been made.
