Excellent, friendly service and very fast delivery. Highly recommended. I ordered 20 red roses for my wife today at 11am and they were delivered before 2pm. They were beautifully arranged and packaged

During Oct 2017, we contracted Peter to deliver flowers and deco for our daughter's wedding in April 2018. The company requested a deposit to be paid and supplied the relevant bank details. The deposit was duly paid. When it was time for the final payment, Peter (presumably the business owner) claimed not to have received the deposit. He further admitted to his email / computer having been hacked and we may thus have paid the money into the wrong account. This is clearly not our fault, yet he has now refused to supply the flowers for the wedding unless he is paid the full amount. Peter also failed to communicate properly by putting down the phone on us repeatedly. We find this behaviour quite disgusting and will make alternate plans for the flowers - 2 days before the wedding. We will also follow legal procedure to reclaim our deposit. We leave it to others to decide if they want to do business with somebody displaying such ethics.
