Flutterwave **** / *****ing money!!! DO NOT USE
On 20 October 2025, I made a payment of R4766 to Shein on their app using the Flutterwave payment portal to account number 4096758251. During the transaction, an error occurred and Shein's app says payment failed, however, the payment went off my bank account. Shein INSIST that they did not receive the payment and I did not receive my goods. Any attempts to date to retrieve my payment was unsuccessful with Flutterwave informing Absa that they are not authorized to debit.

Hi Guys my name is James I want to inform you not to use the payment method of flutterwave company they are an merchant for an online payment company know as OZ please never use their system it's totally just a ****. I used their services want to pay money to my supplier which is in Germany it happened in March only to find out they are an Nigerian based syndicate who **** people since March 2025 I have not get my money back from them. They keepon making excuses till now pls help me exposing them

They are the worst, they are in business with ****per, with promises that if your product doesn't arrive, they will refund you. Well that is absolute *******. I will make it my job to report them to every place I can think off. Only rated them 1 because there is no negative rating option

Flutterwave disputes unresolved
Extremely dissaponting service. Been trying to get in contact with someone to assist with disputes. Emails are not responded to, contact numbers are no longer in service or go to voicemail.

OZOW - ****MERS,?
I made a payment via OZOW on 32 July 2024 for over R18000 and the supplier has still not received the payment. OZOW SA was the least helpful and forwarded the issue to Flutterwave. Flutterwave sent an automated email stating that they would revert within 4 hours but did not. When I sent a second email to Flutterwave, I received an automated message stating that I should not send multiple messages as it delays the process. How does one wait almost 5 weeks for something to happen. Right now it looks like OZOW is ****ming people as they money has come off my account but the supplier has not been paid.

An amount of R 7109.00 was deducted from my Account on the 31/07/2024. At the time, I thought I was paying via OZOW. The Order (#PO-184-18930042066553665) was cancelled and not processed by the Merchant TEMU, despite the funds having being deducted from my Account! Numerous mails sent to disputes@flutterwavego.com, with zero response. Money is MIA...
