Complain

We have just the worst and poor service from Ian! 1. We placed an order and made a deposit when it was the promised time came for him to deliver he came with excuses saying we did not sign off while we did and if he saw we did not sign off why was he quiet all this time and only raised it on the day he is suppose to deliver. 2. We made an order and requested them to deliver via their courier. Everything was paid off as agreed. They delivered the order to the wrong address which I did not provide. I never signed for the delivery to confirm that it was delivered and received by me the right person. I struggled and never got assisted not even a refund until this day and no one is doing anything about it. Still by the same person Ian.

Flyers needs to attend our issues and start taking clients serious regardless of their race. We are not getting their services for free, we pay for them and we pay good money so we all deserve a good service. Our businesses are being affected negetively because of their poor service.
