FNB has become pathetic, a lot of people say it and I didn’t believe it now I believe every social media unprofessionalism of FNB.

The branch is not able to assist as they don’t know anything. My business banker is also not able to help. I am only having to resort to social media to see if I can get attention or service or help. I am honestly not happy with the FNB's ***** department. They have blocked my business account whereas the number I am supposed to call for assistance (+27875774162) is not being answered. It’s been days and no one has come up with any form of assistance or communication yet this is my everyday business account.
I am making follow-up in regard to the subject and I have not received any communication what so ever from you and FNB since the account was frozen. I really need help as the account is an everyday business account. The account in question is a business account as you know and its been a couple of days now without getting a response even on telephone. Now I don’t know what to do as this block or freeze on my account has also affected my client’s accounts and the accounts of service providers and I don’t know what to tell people and customers. I am really worried as this may result in a real problem or even cause the business to collapse since I don’t have a clue as to what to say or do. May you urgent respond as I am not able to do business or pay service providers.
