Foam Factory sells bad products

I bought a Foam mattress from the Foam Factory and after one year and six months, the foam has collapsed. The company refuse to replace the mattress. I made sure I was buying the strongest mattress from them. Bed sleeps hard and uncovertebral , just a bad product. I thought I was saving a few rand’s now I have to buy a new bed again. The Sales person/manager has got a bad attitude don’t know how they are still in business.
